REPORT AN URGENT CYBERSECURITY RELATED INCIDENT
REQUEST OTHER CYBER SECURITY SERVICES AS A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER
In case of a cybersecurity incident healthcare providers will follow the standard procedure by contacting their local CICERT where one has been set up. If none are available directly to your healthcare provider, reach out to the national CERT.be by;

– Or by sending (an encrypted) email to firstname.lastname@example.org
– Or by calling +32 (0)2 501 05 60.
CERT.be will collect the necessary information into one central organisation as part of the Centre for CyberSeurity Belgium (CCB). This is the official Belgian centre supported by the federal government to support CyberSecurity incidents in Belgium. A series of questions will be asked, which could be of technical nature. Prepare yourself and a team to answer or follow-up on these questions.
1. To request services from our service providers please send an email to info at wehelpourhospitals.be

Also here in Belgium, we are seeing the need to support during crises, such as the current corona COVID-19-outbreak. CyberSecurity experts and professionals in Belgium reach out to organisations involved in the battle against the spread and in the caretaking of our citizens by providing services and technologies free of charge, no strings attached. While others take care of us, we take care of our digital security and safety. Together we can fight this, now and in the future!
